The 2009 Black Diamond Megawatt is ready to ride Mega-deep days once again. With an ultra-fat waist (125mm underfoot), long rocker tip, and zero camber, these white monsters will float you in the chest-deep. Powder is where this ski excels best, but the Megawatt will surprise even the most hardcore skier with its ability to plow through the tracked-out crud, eat up spring corn and stomp the big landings.

The Black Diamond Megawatt will change how you think about skiing, built with a traditional underfoot sidecut, Formula One Technology™ with 3D dampening, and a CNC-machined solid wood core wrapped in Torsion Box construction.

Binding: Poor. Salomon Z12. (DIN: 4-12) Mounted to ≈ 26.5 or 308mm BSL. Non-indemnified. The manufacturer can no longer guarantee safe, reliable performance from these bindings. Ski shops may choose not to work on these bindings for liability reasons. By buying these skis, you acknowledge this risk. The equipment is sold “as is”

The majority of shops will charge for this service. Even though we may, by request, check to see if a binding should fit your boot sole length, such an adjustment, and fit check does not verify that the bindings will release properly with your boot. Only a certified shop can do this with the user’s boots present.
