The R3 freeride ski boots from Roxa are some of the lightest high-performance alpine ski boots ever made. If you ski hard and want a boot that you can split your time 50/50 with between the resort and the backcountry, then the R3 is a great option for you.
With the new Ploymid dual-tongue design, there’s a 52-degree range of motion for touring while still providing outstanding downhill performance. The flex of the R3 can be adjusted easily on the back of the boot from soft to hard depending on the skier’s preference and weight. The 3-piece Cabrio design provides a progressive flex throughout the movement of the boot. The deeper into the flex, the more resistance the boot provides. The 45-degree buckle locks the heel into the back part of the boot in a secure way that is unmatched by traditional ski boot designs.
The easy stride buckle at the top of the boot is powerful, lightweight, and extends stride range when opened. The R3 comes with an Ultrathon EVA foam liner that offers the best molding qualities along with a lasting fit that’s lightweight and warm.
