BD Black Diamond Distance Carbon Running Poles are the spearhead of the Black Diamond racing poles and have been made in collaboration with Joe Grant! The result is the lightest model of sticks that Black Diamond has ever produced, perfect for trail running and ultra running!

Every detail is studied, such as the half-stick balance ring that will not let you lose your grip when you run without using them. When you are using them, your grip will be on ultralight, comfortable and durable EVA knobs.

In this model the tips have also been made compatible with snow wheels (not included) for those “fast and light” style adventures, even in the high mountains! The rubber tips are included.

This fixed pole is made of 100% carbon fiber and is available in 5 lengths: 110 cm, 115 cm, 120 cm, 125 cm, 130 cm.
