Ortovox Shovel Beast PC is a lightweight and versatile avalanche shovel with an excellent ratio between size and performance.

Small, compact and efficient, the Beast weighs only 580 grams and is suitable for both beginners and demanding skiers. Thanks to its working length of 83 cm and the take-away volume of 2.3 liters, it allows you to work super efficiently in emergency situations.

Made of aluminum with specific different heat treatments for the handle and blade area, with high side edges and a pronounced central rib, you will have the torsional rigidity and stability you need. The sharp blade guarantees optimum performance.

Thanks to the telescopic handle with quick release device, it fits easily in the backpack. The T-shaped handle allows you a firm and secure grip, it can also be adjusted for right and left-handed users.
